Life is not fair, deal with it, maintain curiosity despite failure !

I bet you can't survive if you don't know that,

Good things are often bad for you and bad things are
often necessary.

It is an important lesson of life. However first grade moral stories do not teach us this, neither do our epics or folk tales. The truth is that life is not fair, at least, not in this modern world.

A lot of people are of the belief that as you sow, so shall you reap. But is this really true? Well i will not go on to prove or disprove it however i will try to contemplate.

Whenever something bad happens to some good person, people tend to propose  several theories such as god is testing her/him, teaching her/him etc. But is this true? Well this really is a debatable question.

Bill Gates has very rightly said "The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself." If you have not proved and accomplished something, no one is going to believe you, listen to you, care about you even if you are right.

To survive in this world you will have to be smart, yes smart. Being good is not enough. At least it did not work for me.

  • Learn to act - OK, i am not a bad guy, but this is important. You have to learn how to pretend. People who cannot control their emotions do not last long. Even if they are right, people will laugh at them. You need to control yourself ,keep your cool even if you know that the person you are talking to is hypocrite, mean and selfish. Specially if these people will be useful later.

  • Learn to lie - Some good guy once said that "Honesty is the best policy".Well i can say that it may be the best policy but is surely not always the most profitable one. Sometimes it is necessary to be dishonest.

  • Identify the intentions of peopleThis is seriously vital for survival. People will fool you and kick your ass when the time comes. Understanding the intentions of others is a very important skill that you need to develop in yourself.

  • Speak outIf you continue to think what person X or Y is going to think about you before doing anything then you can take my guarantee that you will be at the same situation 10 years later where you are right now. You have yourself accepted that life is a series of decaying spirals; that the loud, stupid and well-funded will typically trump the quiet and thoughtful and poor, just by virtue of being louder. So do not hesitate to speak. If people laugh at you then follow the first rule (Learn to Act), if they laugh again then follow this picture.

  • Ask for your rightPeople do not worry about you. They never will (unless they want something later). You need to ask for your right and be brave enough when you do so.

The world is not for the weak , neither is life fair. You need to become strong so that you can fight. As for the curiosity part never give up the quest for knowledge. Never try to compromise with your curiosity because of your past failures or because of the jerk present in front of you.

Unleash the badass in yourself.
